Work Experience

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, I am responsible for driving enterprise revenue generation and overseeing the implementation of privacy, data retention, and software consulting practices. I have successfully implemented new software features and delivered functional roadmap items to meet the needs of our clients. Additionally, I have taken on the role of training and mentoring junior Solution Consultant team members on effective strategy execution. Reporting directly to the Senior VP of Revenue, I provide regular updates on quarterly results, sales outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Furthermore, I have consolidated program metrics to facilitate accurate reporting to the management and board of the company.

I presented and helped implement over 4,500 solutions demonstrations and software solutions to clients and industry partners. I also played a crucial role in mapping processes to accountability frameworks and aligning organizational practices with PbD (Privacy by Design) principles. Additionally, I helped facilitate the testing of recurring controls to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Together with partners we conducted PIA's (privacy impact assessment) evaluations on client processes, products, and software, guaranteeing compliance with Canadian, US, EU and many global laws. I have helped implement controls to drive compliance with the aforementioned laws. Lastly, my activities helped consolidate program metrics, enabling teams to provide comprehensive reports to management teams.

I have extensive experience in the insurance field, where I have successfully identified, resolved, and communicated breaches related to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. I am well-versed in operational compliance matters and have effectively addressed them. Additionally, I have played a crucial role in preparing briefings and presenting privacy compliance reports to the Vice President. My expertise extends to directing and implementing quarterly reviews of the legislative compliance management system for all departments within the Allstate brand.
